Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours from Singapore, South East Asia. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

We use Singapore Post Insured Airmail. It is fast and less expensive than UPS for light-weight packages. Packages usually arrive within 10 - 14 days to US and UK, although the post office does not guarantee this and neither can we.

Customs, Taxes, Duties, Paperwork

Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. The buyer is responsible for paying these taxes, duties, fees and any other assessments. The buyer is also responsible for completing any paperwork required of his or her government.

Proof of Identity

We reserve the right to ask for additional evidence of the buyer's identity, if we deem such information to be necessary. Please understand that we must impose this restriction because of the very real problem of identity theft and fraudulent credit card purchases.

Choice of Carriers

We use Singapore Post Insured Airmail for most shipments but reserve the right to use other carriers at our sole discretion.
